Greater Stakeholder Engagement at Local Level in East and Central Kazakhstan Project implemented with financial support of the European Union and implemented by ARGO Civil Society Development Association, Foundation for Local Government Reform, Local Self Governance Development Center and ECOCENTER Kargandy Oblast Ecological Center invites individuals and organizations to participate in competition for project evaluation.
